Jesper Daland makes his second appearance in the Eleven Sports Team of the Week!

Jesper Daland's first goal for the team was rewarded by Eleven Sports and Sport/Voetbalmagazine with a place in the Week 12 team of the round!

Last Saturday Cercle drew 1-1 against Standard. After Bastien had given Les Rouches the lead, it was just five minutes later that Daland, after a great free kick from Dino Hotic, would poke home from a rebound. And it was not only was this goal that was important for Cercle; in the rest of the match, he helped keep things tight at the back with some fine interceptions and tackles. It's the second time that the Norwegian U-21 international has made an appearance in the team of the week: Daland was also picked on the opening weekend of the season, on his debut.

Congratulations Jesper!
