Miron Muslic extends his deal with Cercle!
Miron Muslic has been working at Cercle Brugge since October 2021. With the Groen-Zwart he started as an assistant coach, but since September of this year he has been head coach.
“After a year of working here at Cercle, Miron has proven his talent and potential. He was more than ready to become a head coach and he is now also proving that he is the right choice. We look forward to continuing to progress,” said sporting director Carlos Aviña.

Under the leadership of Miron Muslic, Cercle have made a real leap up the table in recent weeks. With 19 points from the last 24, the Groen-Zwart are currently tied for eighth place and have only lost to Union over their past eight matches. In October, Muslic finished third after Vrancken and Geraerts in Sport/Voetbalmagazine's “coach of the month” awards.
“I am grateful, happy but also proud that I can continue to be part of the Cercle family,” said Miron Muslic. “I look forward to helping develop this talented group of players and making our fans proud.”
