Tom Randle named Cercle Brugge's new head scout

Cercle Brugge announces the appointment of Englishman Tom Randle as head scout.

Tom Randle, 32, will focus primarily on the international markets as chief scout. He will report directly to Carlos Aviña and, together with the technical director, will also follow up on all potential targets presented by the scouting team.

The choice of Tom Randle as head scout of Cercle Brugge comes after the Englishman went through an extensive interview process in recent weeks. Randle came out as the best candidate, showing plenty of energy, and started this week in his new position, which he will perform alternately from England and Bruges. Randle has in the past worked with English sides Crystal Palace, Rotherham United and most recently Norwich City FC.
Welcome, Tom Randle!
